Responsibilities:
- Development of a public relations strategy for the project
- Development of multilingual, effective communication materials for various target groups
- Development of a corporate design / branding for the project
- Acquisition and approach of partners & stakeholders at various levels; networking
- Development and management of social media activities
- Support for the production of video materials
- Support for events and conferences
- Work closely with the project leader and executive directors
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate communications and public relations (essential)
- Experience in handling stakeholders and partners of various kinds
- Ability to create visual and text materials:
o Proficient in writing texts and having an ability to write different types of texts
o Good working skills with image editing programmes (preferred)
- Ideally with experience in campaigning / press relations / networking
- Knowledge of social media management (preferred)
- Experience in the creation of video materials (preferred)
- Independence, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Language skills: fluent in German & English, additional languages would be a plus
- A plus: Intercultural skills and awareness of the work and environment of a non-profit organisation
Further information:
- Preferred start: the applicant could start immediately. Work location is our office in Berlin-Schöneberg. The position involves physical presence on-site. Home office and remote work are partially possible upon mutual agreement
- The salary is comparable to TVöD E10. We prefer an employment of 70% or 28 hours per week
- The contract is a project-related temporary contract (until 31 December 2026), a follow-up contract may be possible under certain circumstances
- Holidays: 30 days/year (for a 5-day week)
